Join our Collective Hug Event

In honour of World Menopause Day we thought it would be great to re-connect and help us all unwind a bit from what has been a very, very full on year so far. We are super lucky to have the incredible Ati from Surrey Hills Wellness offer to run one of her online collective hugs free for our community.

Here’s a little bit of background about our generous host Ati and more about how the Collective Hug works.

About Ati

Ati, supports people from all stages of life with their wellbeing, guiding them through the challenges we all face, to help them make connections with their mind, body and soul to find balance through are unique therapeutic approach called The Sensory Journey.

About the Collective Hug

Ati started the hug during the pandemic to improve human connection. This virtual hug was a tonic for the heart and it has continued.

During this session Ati will participate in self massage and gentle release to unfurl the holding. I will guide you to a deep relaxation to encourage rest. We are going to collectively let go!

This isn't group therapy and you can have your videos switched off. I want you to create a wonderful nourishing nest.

This session will include:

  • Face and hand massage.

  • Guided autogenic relaxation gentle release therapy – Ati will guide you to hold parts of your body to deeply release.

You will need:

  • A cosy nest to rest in

  • Blankets

  • Cushions

  • Pens / paper if you wish

  • Hand cream / face oil

  • A zoom account so you can login in
