Hazel Gale - Cognitive Hypnotherapist
Hazel is a Master Practitioner of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, former World and European kickboxing champion, two-time national champion in ABA boxing, and internationally published author of The Mind Monster Solution.
Hazel first discovered cognitive hypnotherapy as a fighter, training for the ISKA world championships. Riddled with injuries and suffering from chronic illness, Hazel developed serious issues with anxiety, depression and ongoing fatigue. It was cognitive hypnotherapy that helped her back to her feet and into the ring, but more importantly, it allowed her to get back in touch with who she was and what she wanted from life.
Ultimately, Hazel left fighting behind and devoted her time to her London-based private practice instead, where she helps others to win their own emotional battles.
“Hazel left the fighting ring behind and now helps others to win their own emotional battles.”

Becca McLeish - Cognitive Hypnotherapist
“Becca’s mission is to help women get ‘unstuck’ and be their true authentic self.”
Becca is a Master Practitioner of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Positive Psychology Coach.
Becca found Cognitive Hypnotherapy at one of her lowest points when she was deep in the overwhelm of the menopause. But it wasn’t until a few years later, when her eldest child left home and she realised that she had to find her own identity, that she took the leap to take the training.
Becca loves the holistic mind & body approach of cognitive hypnotherapy. It considers how a thought or feeling makes you feel in your body, as well as in your head, and works to address both leading to a greater sense of control.
Becca’s area of speciality is helping women get ‘unstuck’. Helping them gain a new positive perspective on life and the confidence to show up as their true authentic self.
