Transform your week with a 1-min pause.
At the start of the week, it’s so easy to get caught up in the constant rush and creation of a very long to-do list, we often leave very little room for reflection. For the majority of us (and there is no judgment here because we get it) we can often forget that the start of the week is a great time to also refresh and start new, and importantly start with an intentional mindset about how we want our days and week to feel as well as what we will or won’t do that week.
So how can we break free from this rushing cycle at the beginning of the week? Well, it’s actually alot more simple than you might think. Taking just one minute to pause and be intentional about the week ahead can really transform your well-being. This simple practice can help reduce stress, boost focus, and set a positive tone for the day and the week to come.
The Power of a One-Minute Pause
Even a brief moment of mindfulness can have big benefits. A study in **Psychological Science** found that short mindfulness practices can improve how we handle everyday tasks and challenges. Just one minute of mindful reflection on Monday morning can help you start the week with a calm and focused mind. Who’s in for a bit of this?
Introducing Clementine Mindful Mondays
To help our community make the most of this practice, we’re excited to launch our new audio series: **Mindful Mondays**. Every Monday, we’ll release a one-minute audio clip designed to guide you through a quick mindfulness exercise. These sessions will help you centre yourself, reflect on your goals, and set a positive tone for the week ahead.
Here’s one to give you a bit of an idea of how they work.
The Benefits of Mindful Mondays

A few review from happy customer
“I felt terrible this morning. Mostly for not getting out of bed and going for a walk before a busy week of work and choosing to relax with a coffee. Listening to todays Mindful Monday has made me feel much better and reminded myself to be gentle… the stroll I took around the garden this morning is movement, the stretches I did before having a shower was movement… just because I didn’t get my exercise gear on and power walk around the village doesnt mean I should berate myself for not doing it. Thank you!”
