Changes to our Mind Skin Rituals sessions

We trust that you've been enjoying the mindful and rejuvenating sessions we've crafted in collaboration with No7. As our partnership comes to an end, we're thrilled to share that we've gathered invaluable insights on enhancing your experience. With this newfound knowledge, we're embarking on some exciting changes to our Mind Skin Rituals sessions, aimed at offering you an even more transformative journey.
Morning Sessions: A Temporary Pause
For the time being, we've decided to temporarily remove the three morning rituals from the Clementine app. These sessions – the Calming Ritual, Clarity Ritual, and Confidence Ritual – will return, revitalized and refined to cater to your needs even better. Our team is working diligently to make these sessions a truly exceptional part of your morning routine. In the meantime, we invite you to explore our wide array of other invigorating morning sessions, all designed to kickstart your day on a positive note. Changes to the sleep rituals
Our sleep rituals have been helping many of you to unwind and embrace tranquil sleep, and we’ve made a couple of changes to make them easier for you to identify which one’s you might need and simplify the sessions so that you can drift into sleep quicker.
- We've renamed the 'Get to Sleep Ritual' to 'Deep Sleep through Menopause'. In this session, we've temporarily removed the face and neck relaxation technique. We're planning to introduce more facial massage sessions in the app to enhance your relaxation further. We appreciate your patience as we refine this experience for you.
- Our 'Back to Sleep Ritual' is now called 'Cool Down & Return to Sleep'. We've made a slight adjustment by removing the reference to using a cooling spray. We are super confident that this session will help you get back to sleep quickly so that you wake feeling fresh as a daisy.
You can easily access these updated sleep sessions in both the Sleep section and the Menopause section of the app. If these sessions have become your go-to bedtime companions, we recommend adding them to your favorites for quick and easy access.
We're committed to ensuring these two rejuvenating sleep sessions remain accessible to you at no cost until the end of this year. Come the new year, they will transition to the premium version of the app. Please do keep using these now whilst they remain free for everyone.
