The cruellest thing about battling with sleep is that the harder we try, the less we’re able and the mind starts to wonder. 'Why didn't I do that differently?', 'Why did I say that?', 'What am I even doing?'
Deep sleep is one of the most popular sessions in Clementine which is not surprising, so many of us struggle with the endless chitter chatter that stops us from getting to sleep. For you, it might be that getting to sleep isn’t the problem, but staying asleep is. Why is it that in the middle of the night the mind starts racing, the mental to-do lists start going, feelings of anxiety start to surface when you realise you need to sleep but can’t and the alarm clock will be going off in a few hours time.
We know that this is all too familiar for many of us, which is why we have developed two new deep sleep sessions and one to help you get back to sleep when you wake up in the middle of the night, all of which will be available in our new app. Here are some of the things our testing community said about our sleep sessions:
