Anti-Overwhelm will stop you feeling stuck and get you moving again.
Together, we'll step off the treadmill of everyday pressures and give you back a sense of agency.
How will Anti-Overwhelm help me?
Through a mix of mindfulness, walk activities, reflection and moving coaching conversations, I will give you space and support to:
· Get your energy levels up and your stress levels down
· Deal with challenges in healthy ways
· Talk about what you need and confidently set boundaries
· Let go of the things/behaviours/beliefs that no longer help you
And ultimately, protect yourself against future risk of burnout.

People like you who are feeling overwhelmed. You may be feeling squished by competing work and family pressures, noticing early signs of burnout or recovering from big life changes such as redundancy, divorce, or illness.
You're looking for a refreshing, uplifting way to change how you're feeling and to be able to take challenges in your stride.

A maximum of 3 people are invited to attend 4 online one hour walkshops.
Walking in the sessions will help you feel good and think openly. Walk wherever you are, indoors or outdoors, while connecting with me and the group on Zoom via your phone.
The warm coaching will support you to feel really connected, shift your thinking and make long lasting changes.

Q: How many people will be in the group?
A:This programme is limited to 3 people. A minimum of 2 will need to sign up for the programme to run.
Q: What are the walkshop dates?
12-1pm (UK time) on 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th July 2024.

A: 4 one hour online walkshops

Access to audio walks for ongoing support
You can also choose to add a follow up one-to-one coaching session for an extra £75 per person. The usual cost is £100.
Q: Do I have to go for a walk?
A: Go for a walk outside with us if you can, to feel energised and help you think more openly and creatively. However, moving around or sitting inside is fine too. You’ll need somewhere relatively quiet with good connectivity.
Q: Does walking online really work?
A: Yes! Each walkshop feels really warm and recharging. Plus, connecting online means that you can engage in whatever way or pace that works for you.
(Please note that Anti-Overwhelm isn't therapy or mental health treatment. However, it can work well to support you alongside therapy.)
