Hi, I’m Charlotte Melki and I’m a cognitive hypnotherapist, performance coach, and therapist at Clementine with a background in neuroscience and training in EMDR therapy. I created 'Unbecoming' to help people rediscover their true selves, find inspiration, and feel good about who they are.

Currently, I am developing a program designed to help people with their health and fitness goals, feel confident in their own skin, and attain lasting results through a no-rules, no-nonsense, no-restrictions approach. This program is based on my extensive experience in performance coaching, body confidence, and treating eating disorders, as well as my personal journey of transformation.

Program Details:

  • Format: I will host a masterclass every Tuesday at 8pm for 12 weeks. These 1-hour sessions will include a mix of workshops and laser coaching to address any food, exercise, or body-related issues you may have.

  • Duration: 12 weeks

  • Start Date: 6th August 2024

  • Do I need to join every session? For optimal results it would be great if you could but we realise that’s not going to be achievable for all (life’s busy) so try to come to as many as you can.
