Beauty Within Rituals is a bi-monthly 30-minute online workshop designed to soothe your nervous system and enhance your skin’s natural glow. This session offers a combination of self-guided facial massage, face and body yoga, and tapping techniques to help you:

Atifa Balding (Ati) is an intuitive and integrative therapist, face yoga practitioner, and a passionate advocate for holistic self-care. She blends expertise in facial massage, yoga, and wellness practices to help you release tension and restore your natural glow. As the creator and host of The Collective Hug, she has built a nurturing space for deep self-connection and relaxation. With years of experience, Ati creates a warm and inviting environment where you can reconnect with yourself, one ritual at a time.
